**Applied AI/ML Engineer (2 openings)

6-month contract | Remote | W2 Only**

We are seeking two highly skilled Applied AI/ML Engineers with strong experience in
Behavox Communications Surveillance
, AI/LLM model tuning, and capital markets. This role focuses on enhancing Behavox’s AI risk and surveillance models to improve detection accuracy, reduce false positives, and support regulatory compliance initiatives.

Responsibilities:

• Implement and configure Behavox Communications Surveillance solutions.
• Enhance and tune Behavox LLM 2.0 and AI risk policies.
• Optimize model performance using advanced ML/NLP techniques.
• Analyze large datasets across communications, voice, and trade activity.
• Ensure alignment with regulatory frameworks (FINRA, SEC).
• Partner with governance teams for model validation and scenario testing.
• Collaborate with product, data science, and engineering to develop new features and risk policies.
• Serve as SME on AI model behavior, tuning, and surveillance use cases.

Required Experience:

• 5+ years in Applied AI/ML or Data Science in production environments.
• Recent experience with Behavox surveillance solution (required).
• Deep knowledge of capital markets and compliance surveillance.
• Strong NLP/LLM experience; transformer architecture expertise required.
• Python, SQL, PyTorch/TensorFlow, big data (Spark/Kafka), and cloud (AWS/GCP).
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• BS/MS in CS, Data Science, Quant Finance, or related field.
