You’ll play a key role in designing and delivering
production-ready GenAI solutions
that improve efficiency, decision-making, and productivity across complex construction environments.

- Hybrid working – typically 1–2 days per week in the office
💡 What You’ll Be Doing
- Design, build, and deliver end-to-end Generative AI solutions , from concept through to production.
- Develop and deploy AI agents and copilots using modern LLM and agentic frameworks.
- Translate real business problems into practical, scalable GenAI architectures that deliver measurable impact.
- Work closely with business stakeholders, data engineers, and technical leads to align AI solutions with operational goals.
- Prepare, manipulate, and analyse data using Python and modern data tooling .
- Present insights and recommendations clearly to non-technical audiences , influencing strategy and adoption.
- Ensure AI solutions are secure, scalable, reliable, and production-ready , following best-practice MLOps principles.
- Drive innovation by researching emerging AI technologies and identifying new enterprise-wide use cases.
- Support and deliver against the organisation’s AI roadmap , ensuring outcomes are aligned with business objectives.
🧠What We’re Looking For
- 3+ years’ experience in software development and/or machine learning.
- 2+ years’ hands-on experience with Generative AI and Large Language Models (LLMs) .
- Strong experience with:
- Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG)
- Agentic workflows
- Training and fine-tuning LLMs using structured and unstructured data
- Experience integrating AI via data connectors, APIs, and gateways .
- Solid understanding of modern AI platforms and tooling, such as:
- OpenAI / Azure OpenAI
- Copilot Studio & M365 Copilot
- Azure AI Foundry, Google Gemini, Anthropic, or AWS AI services
- Strong Python skills and experience with AI/ML frameworks.
- Hands-on experience with vector databases and embedding models .
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (Azure, AWS, or GCP).
- Knowledge graphs experience is a nice to have , not essential.
- A strong problem solver with a strategic mindset.
- Confident communicator who enjoys influencing stakeholders and enabling data-driven transformation .
