Your Responsibilities:
- Design and build AI-driven systems powered by LLMs, NLP pipelines, and agent-based architectures.
- Develop intelligent workflows using single-agent and multi-agent systems to automate reasoning, matching, and decision-making.
- Build, test, and refine prompts, retrieval systems, and evaluation frameworks to continuously improve model performance.
- Deploy and scale AI services using AWS , ensuring reliability, security, and performance.
- Collaborate closely with product and engineering teams to translate real-world problems into practical AI solutions.
- Own features end-to-end — from experimentation and modeling through to production deployment.
- Contribute to technical standards, documentation, and architecture decisions as the company grows.
Requirements:
- Strong experience building with LLMs, NLP systems, or applied machine learning in real-world products.
- Hands-on experience with AI agents or multi-agent frameworks .
- Proficiency in Python and experience integrating with modern AI tooling.
- Solid experience deploying systems on AWS (Lambda, EC2, S3, APIs, etc.).
- Experience working with APIs, databases, and modern backend systems.
- Comfortable operating in fast-moving environments with evolving requirements.
- Strong communication skills and a product-oriented mindset.
It’s a Bonus If You Have:
- Prior experience working at a startup or early-stage company .
- Built products using RAG pipelines, vector databases, embeddings, or orchestration frameworks .
- Experience contributing to AI architecture decisions rather than just experimentation.
- Familiarity with SaaS platforms, marketplaces, or data-driven products.
