Job Title: Engineer, AI/ML & Analytics Platform Engineering
Location: Hybrid – Plainsboro Township, NJ
Work Authorization: US Citizen and Green Card

Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced AI/ML & Analytics Platform Engineer to design, build, and support scalable platforms that empower ML Researchers, ML Engineers, Data Scientists, and Data Analysts. The ideal candidate will have a strong quantitative background and hands-on experience developing robust, high-performance analytics and machine learning infrastructure.
Key Qualifications:

Bachelor’s or master’s degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or related quantitative field.
5+ years of experience building AI/ML or analytics platforms.
Strong proficiency in at least one strongly typed programming language (C/C++, Java, Go, Rust, or similar) with solid object-oriented or functional design principles.
Experience with distributed systems (Ray, Dask, Spark) and high-performance computing environments (Slurm or similar).

Preferred:
Prior experience in pharma or biotech environments.
