Role overview
- Developing and maintaining code-based solutions, primarily in Python, for integrations, automation, and AI applications
- Designing and implementing workflow automations using both low-code tools and custom-built solutions
- Building and deploying LLM- and agent-based solutions in production environments
- Integrating systems and data sources using APIs, webhooks, and event-driven architectures
- Collaborating with stakeholders across the business to identify automation and AI opportunities
- Contributing to the development of scalable internal AI infrastructure and platform capabilities
- 5–10+ years of experience within software development, automation, and integrations. Minimum 1,5+ years of hands-on experience with LLM-/agent-based solutions in production
- Strong programming skills in Python and experience building integrations using APIs, webhooks, and cloud platforms such as Azure, AWS, or GCP
- Experience working with workflow automation tools such as Power Automate, Zapier, Make, or n8n
- Experience working with AI/LLM solutions, SQL, and data-driven systems
- Bachelor or master degree within computer science, systems science, engineering, or a related field
- Fluent in Swedish and English, written and spoken

Preferred qualifications
- Experience within the Microsoft ecosystem (Power Automate, Azure, Databricks, Dataverse)
- Experience with RAG, vector search, MCP, or observability/evals for AI systems
- Experience with CRM systems, RevOps/GTM tooling, or lightweight frontend development
