About the Role
We are building a next-generation AI Agentic SaaS platform at Paytm Intelligence (Pi), enabling
enterprises to automate workflows, drive decisioning, and deploy AI agents at scale.
As a Business Development Representative (BDR), you will be responsible for generating high-
quality, high-value pipelines for our AI solutions across enterprise and digital-native businesses.

Key Responsibilities
1. Pipeline Generation (High-Value Focus)
 Identify and build strategic target account lists across BFSI, fintech, SaaS, e-commerce, and
digital-native sectors.
 Generate qualified pipeline for large-ticket AI / SaaS deals (₹50L – multi-crore ACVs).
 Drive outbound motions tailored to enterprise buying groups (CIO, CTO, Head of AI, Product
Leaders).
2. Account Intelligence & Use Case Mapping
 Conduct deep research to identify high-impact AI/agentic use cases within target accounts.
 Map business problems to Paytm’s AI agentic capabilities (automation, decisioning, inference
infra).
 Build account-level POVs (Point of View) instead of generic outreach.
3. Executive-Level Outreach
 Engage senior stakeholders via thoughtful cold outreach (email, LinkedIn, warm intros) and
industry-led narratives (AI transformation, cost optimization, automation ROI).
 Create personalized messaging for high-value conversations, avoiding templated sequences.
4. Opportunity Qualification
 Qualify leads based on deal size potential, strategic fit, and AI adoption maturity.
 Partner with Account Executives (AEs) to convert early interest into qualified opportunities.
5. GTM Feedback Loop
 Provide strategic insights on market demand for agentic AI use cases.
 Highlight buyer objections, adoption barriers, and messaging effectiveness to internal product
and tech teams.

Candidate Profile

Experience Requirements
 2-4 years in BDR / SDR / Enterprise Sales /
GTM roles.
 Experience in B2B SaaS, AI/ML, Cloud, or
Enterprise Tech.
 Exposure to mid-market / enterprise deal cycles
(₹20L+ ACV).

Must-Have Skills
 Strong ability to sell complex, abstract products
(AI, platform, infra).
 Experience with account-based selling (ABS) /
ABM motions.
 Excellent research and problem-first selling
mindset.
 Strong communication skills with the ability to
engage senior stakeholders.

Good-to-Have Skills
 Foundational understanding of AI, LLMs, and
Agentic systems.
 Familiarity with Cloud, inference infrastructure,
and data platforms.
 Prior experience in high-value, deal-size driven
pipeline generation roles (as opposed to
volume-driven SDR models).
