Data Scientist

Job Description:

Responsibilities:

* Design, build, and deploy end-to-end AI/ML solutions from experimentation to production.
* Work with LLMs, neural networks, RAG pipelines, agentic AI frameworks, and advanced data pipelines.
* Collaborate with product and engineering teams to rapidly prototype and ship multiple AI-driven products per month.
* Optimize model performance, scalability, and cost efficiency for real-world applications.
* Provide production support for deployed solutions and continuously enhance performance.
* Stay on the cutting edge of new AI frameworks, tools, and techniques—leveraging them to accelerate delivery.

Qualifications:

* 4+ years of hands-on experience in ML engineering or applied data science.
* Proven experience with large language models (LLMs), neural networks, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG), and agent-based AI systems.
* Strong skills in data pipeline design, ETL, and orchestration.
* Expertise in Python, PyTorch/TensorFlow, and familiarity with modern AI development stacks (LangChain, Hugging Face, vector databases, etc.).
* Experience deploying AI solutions in production environments (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
* Strong problem-solving and can-do attitude, with the ability to work in a fast-paced, iterative environment.
* Bonus: Experience contributing to multiple shipped AI products in a short time cycle.
