We are seeking a highly motivated Data Scientist with a strong foundation in Chemical or Bioprocess Engineering to join our CMC(Chemistry, Manufacturing, and Controls) organization within the pharmaceutical development space. The ideal candidate will leverage data science techniques to optimize process development, scale-up, and manufacturing strategies, contributing to the successful delivery of high-quality drug products.

Key Responsibilities:

• Apply statistical modeling, machine learning, and data visualization to analyze complex datasets from chemical and bioprocess development.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Process Development, Analytical Sciences, Manufacturing, Quality) to identify data-driven solutions for CMC challenges.
• Develop predictive models for process performance, yield optimization, and quality attributes.
• Support digitalization initiatives including lab automation, data integration, and advanced analytics platforms.
• Design and implement algorithms for real-time process monitoring and control.
• Contribute to the development of digital twins and mechanistic models for unit operations.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements (e.g., FDA, ICH Q8-Q11) in data handling and model deployment.
• Document and communicate findings through technical reports, presentations, and publications.

Job Type: Contract

Pay: $53.93 - $64.95 per hour
