  • Analyse von Produktions-, Maschinen- und Prozessdaten zur Identifikation von Optimierungspotenzialen

  • Aufbau, Pflege und Weiterentwicklung von Datenstrukturen und Schnittstellen (ERP, MES, Maschinensteuerungen)
  • Unterstützung der Fachbereiche (Produktion, Arbeitsvorbereitung, Vertrieb, Qualität) durch datenbasierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen
  • Automatisierung wiederkehrender Auswertungen und Reports
  • Mitarbeit an Digitalisierungs- und Industrie-4.0-Projekten
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit internen und externen IT- und Technologiepartnern
  • Mitarbeit bei der Verbesserung der Fertigungsabläufe im Bereich Instandhaltung
  • Mitwirkung beim Aufbau von Sonderanlagen wie Robotertechnik, Prüfautomaten und Zuführtechnik

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation in Informatik, Data Science, Maschinenbau, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder ähnlichen Bereichen
  • Alternativ: ausgeprägte praktische Erfahrung im Bereich Datenanalyse / KI in einem industriellen Umfeld
  • Kenntnisse in Python, SQL oder vergleichbaren Programmiersprachen
  • Erfahrung mit Datenanalyse, Machine Learning oder statistischen Modellen
  • Verständnis für industrielle Prozesse, idealerweise in der Metallverarbeitung oder Fertigung
  • Analytische, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Kommunikationsstärke und Fähigkeit, technische Inhalte verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise
