The Opportunity:
We are looking for an exceptionally talented and hyper-entrepreneurial Full-Stack Developer with a keen interest and practical experience in Artificial Intelligence. You will be instrumental in bringing our internal ideas to life, from initial prototype to potential market launch.
What You'll Do:
- Ideation to Execution: Work closely with the Ryze Labs team to brainstorm, validate, and rapidly prototype new product ideas, particularly those leveraging AI.
- Full-Stack Development: Take ownership of the entire development lifecycle, from designing and implementing front-end user interfaces to building robust back-end systems and APIs.
- AI Integration & Exploration: Actively explore and integrate various AI technologies (e.g., LLMs, computer vision, natural language processing, machine learning models) into our applications, identifying novel use cases and competitive advantages.
- Rapid Prototyping & Iteration: Embrace a "build fast, fail fast, learn faster" mentality, continuously iterating on products based on feedback and market validation.
- Technical Leadership & Vision: Contribute significantly to the technical architecture, technology stack decisions, and overall product roadmap.
- Problem Solving: Tackle complex technical challenges with creativity and resourcefulness, finding elegant and scalable solutions.
- Entrepreneurial Mindset: Actively participate in all aspects of startup building, including understanding user needs, market research, and business model development.

- Back-End: Strong command of at least one major back-end language and framework (e.g., Python/Django/Flask, Node.js/Express, Go, Ruby on Rails).
- Databases: Experience with both SQL (e.g., PostgreSQL, MySQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
- AI Enthusiast & Practitioner:
- Familiarity with AI/ML concepts, algorithms, and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch, scikit-learn).
- Experience integrating AI models and APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Google Cloud AI, AWS AI services).
- Problem Solver: You possess excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering effective solutions.
- Self-Starter & Proactive: You can work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and drive projects forward with minimal supervision.
