  • 3+ years of software engineering experience
  • 3+ years of Python and TypeScript (Next.js) experience
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Strong ML fundamentals, NLP, topic modeling, and clustering techniques.
  • Experience with LLMs like GPT 3.5/4 and other open-source LLMs.
  • Experience with fine-tuning and prompt engineering.
  • Experience with vector databases such as Pinecone.
  • Proven experience building high-performance backend systems and working with enterprise-level APIs.
  • Experience contributing to system design/architecture improvements
  • Proven ability to work in a startup environment, where adaptability and a willingness to wear multiple hats are crucial.
  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy
