The assistant will guide clients through structured intake questions, identify patterns related to skin, digestion, and hormones, and organize responses into actionable summaries. It will also recommend next steps, such as digital program options, AI guidance, or in-person visits in Arizona. The system must integrate seamlessly with an existing booking link or website and securely store or export intake data. Additionally, the project includes creating a simple digital product, the 'Skin Reset Mini Course,' delivered by the AI bot in 4–6 concise modules via platforms like Thinkific or Kajabi. The solution should be designed for future scalability, allowing for the addition of advanced features such as detox preparation, a dosha-skin pattern library, and triage logic. Clear, organized communication and the ability to work independently are highly valued, especially for those with experience in health, wellness, or coaching bots.
Requirements
- Demonstrated experience building conversational AI or chatbots, preferably using Voiceflow or similar platforms
- Familiarity with health, wellness, or coaching bot projects is a strong advantage
- Ability to design structured intake flows and summarize user responses effectively
- Experience integrating bots with booking systems and digital course platforms (e.g., Thinkific, Kajabi)
- Understanding of secure data handling and export best practices
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to document processes for future updates
- Calm, clear communication style and ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Availability to deliver a documentation video for future edits
- Based in or able to coordinate with Arizona time zone preferred, but remote applicants considered
