Overview

We are looking for a hands-on Full-Stack AI Engineer who enjoys building real products end-to-end. In this role, you will develop features across the web UI, backend services, and AI pipelines while working directly with clients to translate testing workflows into scalable product features.

This is a builder role — not a planning-only role. You will be writing production code daily across multiple codebases including React frontend applications, Python services, and PHP systems.

What You’ll Do

  • Build and ship full-stack product features from concept to production
  • Develop web application features such as dashboards, test run viewers, diff tools, and reporting tools
  • Design and build backend APIs including job orchestration, data storage, authentication, and third-party integrations
  • Develop and maintain AI pipelines including LLM integrations, RAG workflows, structured data extraction, and evaluation/verification loops
  • Integrate automation tooling such as Appium, WebDriver, WDA, and device logging systems
  • Partner directly with customers and internal teams to turn real testing workflows into product capabilities

Required Qualifications

  • 3+ years of experience building and shipping production software applications
  • Strong full-stack engineering fundamentals (HTTP, REST APIs, authentication, databases, caching)
  • Frontend experience with React and TypeScript
  • Backend experience with Python and PHP
  • Experience working across multiple services and codebases

Preferred / Nice to Have

  • Experience working with LLM integrations (OpenAI APIs, prompt engineering, evaluation frameworks, internal tooling)
  • Experience with RAG architectures, embeddings, and vector databases (FAISS, pgvector, Pinecone, or similar)
  • Experience with media processing (image diffing, OCR, or visual testing systems)
  • Experience with mobile automation (Android, iOS, Appium, Selenium, or similar frameworks)

What Success Looks Like

  • Shipping production-ready features consistently
  • Writing clean, maintainable, and scalable code
  • Translating customer workflows into technical solutions
  • Contributing across frontend, backend, and AI systems
