This is a high-impact senior role that sits at the intersection of Engineering, Data, and
Product. As a Full Stack AI Engineer, you will not only build and deploy AI/ML solutions but
also integrate them end-to-end into our products — from the backend services that power
them to the front-end experiences that deliver them to users. You will steer Penny's approach
to Machine Learning and AI, identifying opportunities to deliver measurable customer value
and shipping the complete, scalable solutions to realize it. Your work will directly impact
thousands of procurement professionals across the MENA region.

and shipping the complete, scalable solutions to realize it. Your work will directly impact
thousands of procurement professionals across the MENA region.
If successful, this role has the potential to develop into a Team Leadership position as we
expand our dedicated AI/ML team.
Responsibilities
- check_circle You will be at the forefront of integrating AI and ML into procurement workflows, focusing on<br><br>building intelligent solutions that solve real-world customer problems — and owning them<br><br>from model to user interface.
- check_circle Build AI agents and automated chatbots that can reason, take actions, and drive
- check_circle Develop solutions utilizing the latest Large Language Model (LLM) techniques to create
- check_circle Apply OCR and vision models to extract, understand, and process documents and other
- check_circle Architect and implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) systems to provide
- check_circle Host and deploy your own custom AI models online on GCP or other cloud platforms.
- check_circle Create robust algorithms for advanced pattern recognition and process automation within
- check_circle Integrate AI solutions end-to-end — building the backend services that expose them and
- check_circle Develop intuitive, AI-powered user experiences using modern front-end frameworks such
- check_circle Ensure AI features are wired cleanly into our existing product, from API to UI.
- check_circle Ensure all AI solutions are scalable, secure, and maintainable within our existing micro-
- check_circle Host, deploy, and monitor custom and open-source models on cloud infrastructure (GCP
- check_circle Conduct rigorous A/B testing and performance optimization, ensuring the solution's
- check_circle Provide technical guidance and mentorship on AI and full-stack best practices to other
- check_circle Own the solution life cycle from concept through to final deployment and monitoring.
- check_circle Partner closely with Product teams to identify the highest-value opportunities for AI-
- check_circle Collaborate with Data teams to ensure high-quality training data, feature engineering, and
- check_circle Work with UX teams to translate complex models into intuitive, AI-powered user
Basic qualifications
- Experience: 4+ years of hands-on experience in AI development, specifically deploying
- Agentic Development: Proven experience building AI agents and automated chatbots —
- LLM & Model Techniques: Strong command of modern LLM techniques, plus hands-on
- Model Deployment: Ability to host and deploy your own custom (and open-source)
- Full Stack Ability: Solid backend engineering skills plus front-end proficiency with a
- Production Impact: Proven ability to solve complex business problems using AI/ML,
- Technical Foundation: Strong understanding of data processing, model evaluation
Preferred qualifications
- Experience fine-tuning or training custom models.
- Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure) and their
- Experience with Arabic language application of AI and ML.
- Knowledge of procurement, supply chain, or enterprise SaaS software domain.
