Actively hiring Posted 3 months ago

There will never be a typical day at Accenture Song, but that’s why people choose to be here. With diverse client challenges and a fast-evolving field, the work here is both stimulating and impactful.

As a GenAI Engineer, you will design and implement technical solutions that bring GenAI, agentic workflows, and customer data technologies together. You will translate business needs into actionable architectures, build hands-on LLM-based prototypes, and enhance clients’ customer experience stacks across ecommerce, marketing, and customer service. While primarily focused on technical delivery, you will clearly communicate your decisions to non-technical stakeholders and help teams adopt AI-driven practices that improve how they collect, activate, and use customer data

The work

  • Intermediate Data Engineering skills, in the context of Customer applications - you should be proficient with SQL database operations, have solid working knowledge of Python and/or JavaScript/TypeScript, and be comfortable using APIs and standard Cloud services.
  • High-level understanding of ML concepts - you should understand the main stages of an ML/GenAI application lifecycle (data preparation, model selection, training, evaluation, deployment, monitoring).
  • Hands-on GenAI experience - you should have practical experience building or integrating LLM-based applications at scale (prompt engineering, embeddings and vector databases, use of LLM APIs, evaluation frameworks, monitoring concepts).
  • Knowledge of agentic patterns and workflow automation strategies in Customer Technology contexts - you should be able to propose architectures using agent-based orchestration for Customer Tech use cases (e.g. campaign content generation, CDP data analysis, …).
  • Knowledge of Software Engineering best practices - including version control, clean code, testing practices, documentation standards, and modular design.
