As a GenAI Engineer at Cloudfresh, you will play a key role in designing, implementing, and delivering Generative AI and AI agent solutions for our customers, primarily on Google Cloud Platform. You will work closely with sales, data, and cloud engineering teams to translate business needs into production-ready AI solutions.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role that combines GenAI engineering, data platforms, cloud services, and consulting. You will support customers across EMEA, from early pre-sales discovery and demos to full-scale implementation and ongoing optimization of AI-driven solutions.
Requirements:
- 2–4 years of experience in AI engineering, ML engineering, or cloud consulting roles.
- Hands-on experience building Generative AI or LLM-based solutions, preferably on Google Cloud Platform.
- AI Services: knowledge of Vertex AI (Model Garden, Agent Builder, Pipelines, and Notebooks).
- Compute & Deployment: Familiarity with Cloud Run, Cloud Functions, and App Engine for deploying AI microservices.
- Programming: High proficiency in Python and/or Node.js.
- APIs: Experience designing and consuming RESTful APIs to integrate AI into existing business workflows.
- DevOps/CI-CD: Practical use of Git for version control and automated deployments.
- Solid understanding of data concepts (datasets, schemas, SQL, data pipelines) and how they support AI use cases.
- Experience integrating AI solutions into real business workflows and customer-facing applications.
- Ability to explain complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in pre-sales and consulting environments, including live demos and customer discussions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work with incomplete or evolving requirements.
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and other languages is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI solutions and AI agents using Google Cloud services (e.g., Vertex AI, Gemini models, BigQuery, APIs).
- Build AI-powered assistants, chatbots, and automation workflows integrated with customer data and business processes.
- Participate in pre-sales activities, including technical discovery calls, solution design discussions, demos, and proof-of-concepts.
- Translate business and analytical requirements into scalable GenAI architectures and implementations.
- Implement and integrate GenAI solutions with data platforms (BigQuery, databases, data pipelines) and BI tools.
- Deliver product demos, technical presentations, and workshops for customers and partners.
- Collaborate with cloud engineers, data engineers, and solution architects on end-to-end customer projects.
- Provide expert consulting and hands-on support to existing customers, including troubleshooting and optimization.
- Contribute to internal technical documentation, playbooks, and reusable GenAI components for pre-sales and delivery teams.
- Stay up to date with GenAI trends, Google Cloud AI services, and emerging best practices in AI agents and LLM-based systems.
Would be a plus:
- Experience building or deploying AI agents, copilots, or conversational systems.
- Hands-on experience with BigQuery, Looker, or analytics-driven AI use cases.
- Google Cloud certifications: Data Engineer, ML Engineer, or related
- Experience working with APIs, Python, SQL, or lightweight automation scripts.
- Exposure to prompt engineering, RAG architectures & vector databases,
- Experience delivering AI solutions in consulting or client-facing roles.
- Public speaking experience or interest in presenting at events, meetups, or webinars.
