We are seeking a Lead Generative AI Developer to design and build enterprise-grade AI-driven applications. The ideal candidate has strong hands-on experience with Python backend development , LLM integrations , prompt engineering , and AI agent orchestration . This role requires a technical leader who can translate business workflows into scalable AI-powered solutions. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI capabilities into enterprise platforms, driving innovation through intelligent automation and AI-enabled workflows.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable full-stack web applications using Python and modern frontend technologies
  • Build and integrate Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions for enterprise use cases
  • Implement LLM integrations , including prompt engineering, API orchestration, and workflow automation
  • Design and consume RESTful APIs to integrate AI services and enterprise systems
  • Collaborate with product owners, data scientists, and engineers to support AI platform integrations
  • Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, estimation, reviews, and retrospectives
  • Contribute to AI-driven workflow design, SOP automation, and intelligent decision-support systems
  • Drive UI and feature enhancements through design reviews, demos, and stakeholder feedback

Required Technical Skills

Backend Development

  • Strong proficiency in Python
  • Hands-on experience with FastAPI , Flask , or similar Python web frameworks
  • Strong understanding of RESTful API design and integration

Frontend Development

  • Experience with modern frontend technologies: HTML5, CSS3 JavaScript / TypeScript
  • Ability to collaborate effectively with UI/UX teams

AI & LLM Technologies

  • Practical experience with Generative AI and Agentic AI solutions
  • Strong expertise in prompt engineering and AI workflow orchestration
  • Experience integrating Large Language Models (LLMs) via APIs (e.g., OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Understanding of AI-driven automation and intelligent agents for enterprise workflows

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI orchestration frameworks (e.g., LangChain, LlamaIndex, Semantic Kernel)
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform)
  • Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and DevOps practices
  • Experience working in enterprise-scale Agile environments

  • Strong communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to lead technical discussions and mentor team members
  • Independent problem-solving and analytical thinking
