Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Generative AI Engineer. The role is based in Palo Alto, CA, with an option for partial remote work. As a Generative AI Engineer, you will engage in developing and implementing cutting-edge generative AI models, fine-tuning pre-trained models, and crafting efficient algorithms for natural language processing. Additional responsibilities include optimizing model performance, collaborating with cross-functional teams, and contributing to product development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Experience with developing and fine-tuning large-scale generative AI models, working knowledge of frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
  • Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP) techniques and understanding of transformer-based models like GPT or BERT.
  • Strong coding skills in Python and familiarity with machine learning libraries like TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, or similar tools.
  • Proven ability in deploying AI/ML models into production-ready systems, including optimization for efficiency and scalability.
  • Practical understanding of data processing and engineering, including data collection, preprocessing, and augmentation for modeling.
  • Experience working in cross-functional teams to deliver AI-driven solutions and products.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, innovation mindset, and commitment to delivering cutting-edge solutions.
  • Master’s or Ph.D. in Computer Science, Machine Learning, Artificial Intelligence, or related fields. Relevant professional experience may also apply.
