Responsibilities
- Designing, building, managing, and implementing GenAI solutions
- Designing, building, and managing Agent-to-Agent and MCP (Model Context Protocol) servers
- Integrating large language models (LLMs) into production systems via APIs, pipelines, and workflows
- Partnering with data scientists, product managers, and cross-functional teams
- Contributing to strategic AI initiatives and roadmap development
- Designing and building reliable REST APIs
Basic qualifications
- Experience designing, building, testing, and deploying enterprise-grade applications
- Proficiency in one or more programming languages: Python, Java, JavaScript/TypeScript, or Go
- Frontend experience with React + Next.js, modern JavaScript/TypeScript, and responsive UI design
- Hands-on experience with AWS services such as Lambda, ECS/Fargate, EC2, S3, DynamoDB, and Amazon OpenSearch (vector search)
- Familiarity with GenAI platforms like OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini, AWS Bedrock/Strands
- Preferred experience with AWS Bedrock and AgentCore
- Strong engineering fundamentals including clean code, design patterns, unit/integration testing
- Quality and automation mindset: CI/CD, code reviews, debugging, TDD/BDD, and security/compliance automation
- Awareness of AI security risks such as prompt injection and data leakage
- Working knowledge of RAG, vector databases, and LLM application patterns
Preferred qualifications
- Background in software engineering (backend/platform/full-stack); AI/LLM integration experience is a plus
- Proven experience delivering production services on AWS; fintech/payments experience is highly desirable
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
- Certifications such as AWS CCP, AWS Solutions Architect, and AWS ML Specialty are advantageous

The hourly pay rate range for this position is $70.00 to $100.00(dependent on factors including but not limited to client requirements, experience, statutory considerations, and location). Benefits available to full-time employees: medical, dental, vision, disability, life insurance, 401k and commuter benefits.
