About the role:

Turing.com is looking for Generative AI Engineer who will work on generative AI model development and training, encompassing text, image, and video

Job Responsibilities:

  • Work on generative AI model development and training, encompassing text, image, and video
  • Investigate, create, and construct new models for the generation of text, images, and videos by adjusting and changing core models to our particular use case
  • Lead the creation of pipelines for cleaning and preparing data in order to facilitate model training
  • Conduct exhaustive testing to validate the accuracy and dependability of AI models, ensuring that they function effectively in practical applications
  • Provide meticulous documentation for research activities, methodologies employed, and model implementations, contributing to the knowledge base and technical clarity
  • Work collaboratively with our multi-disciplinary team to integrate AI models into the existing system architecture, guaranteeing a smooth rollout and ability to scale
  • Make the models deployment-ready

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science (or equivalent experience)
  • At least 3+ years of relevant experience as a Doftware Developer
  • At least 1-3 years of experience in Python
  • Prior experience as an annotator for renowned AI/LLM companies will be considered a significant advantage
  • Thorough understanding and practical application of Python in data-related contexts
  • Be intelligent and diligent while possessing a keen eye for detail and a commitment to excellence
  • Professional proficiency in English is a must, with exceptional writing and critical analysis skills
  • Candidates who are multilingual will be given preference
