Job Title: Generative AI / Machine Learning Engineer
Location: United States — Onsite / Hybrid / Remote

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and deploy Generative AI and Machine Learning solutions for enterprise applications.
Build and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) using frameworks such as TensorFlow and PyTorch.
Develop AI-powered applications leveraging OpenAI GPT, Azure OpenAI Service, or other foundation models.
Implement Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) pipelines using LangChain or similar frameworks.
Fine-tune and optimize transformer-based models using Hugging Face Transformers.
Develop and maintain scalable ML pipelines and MLOps workflows.
Build vector databases and semantic search solutions using Pinecone, FAISS, or equivalent.
Perform model training, evaluation, hyperparameter tuning, and performance optimization.
Implement prompt engineering, guardrails, and responsible AI practices.
Deploy AI models using containerization tools such as Docker and orchestration platforms like Kubernetes.
Integrate AI/ML models into REST APIs and microservices architectures.
Monitor model performance, drift detection, and continuous improvement strategies.
Ensure compliance with data governance, security, and privacy regulations.
Collaborate with Data Scientists, Software Engineers, Product Owners, and Business Stakeholders in Agile/Scrum environments.
Document model architecture, experiments, and production workflows.
