Job Title: GenAI / Agentic AI Engineer

Experience: 9 15 years (with strong AI/ML background)

Location: Atlanta, GA or Sugarland, TX

**Onsite/Hybrid

Key Responsibilities:**

  • Design, build, and deploy Agentic AI systems using LLMs
  • Create autonomous and semi-autonomous AI agents for task planning, decision-making, and execution
  • Implement multi-agent workflows, tool-using agents, and orchestration frameworks
  • Integrate GenAI solutions with enterprise systems, APIs, and data sources
  • Optimize prompt engineering, memory, reasoning, and feedback loops for agents
  • Ensure scalability, reliability, and security of AI-driven solutions

Technical Skills Required:

  • Strong hands-on experience with Generative AI & LLMs (OpenAI, Azure OpenAI, Anthropic, etc.)
  • Experience in Agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, LangGraph, AutoGen, CrewAI, or similar
  • Proficiency in Python (mandatory); knowledge of FastAPI/Flask is a plus
  • Experience with vector databases (Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate, Chroma, etc.)
  • Understanding of RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) architectures
  • Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS / Azure / Google Cloud Platform)

Good to Have:

  • Experience in building AI copilots, chatbots, or workflow automation agents
  • Knowledge of MLOps / LLMOps pipelines
  • Prior enterprise or production-scale AI deployments

Soft Skills:

  • Strong problem-solving and design thinking
  • Ability to work independently and communicate with stakeholders
  • Client-facing experience is a plus
