About the Role
The goal of this internship is to build a toolkit for robustness that can be used by a large user base of HF. Currently, we don’t have any tools for identifying and quantifying robustness in the HF ecosystem. You could focus on some of these or suggest more.
• Distribution shift in data
• Long-tailed distribution
• OOD detection
• Actionable ways to patch models (a la MEND)
About you
If you love open-source, are passionate about making complex technology more accessible, and want to contribute to one of the fastest-growing ML ecosystems, we can’t wait to see your application!
Some of our requirements for this role:
• Working towards an MS or PhD degree in Computer Science or relevant field.
• Experience with PyTorch or any other major deep learning framework of choice.
• Experience with a domain(s) related to embodied learning: robotics, reinforcement learning, synthetic data generation, or another related field.
• Problem solving and good communication skills.
• Some experience with the Hugging Face tools and ecosystem.
