Context & Objectives

Working for a specialized AI consulting firm serving the Finance industry, you will play a key role in delivering high-impact automation. We aim to move beyond simple spreadsheets by deploying AI-powered agents and advanced automations directly within the Google ecosystem.

The goal is to bridge the gap between complex financial data processing and user-friendly Google interfaces, ensuring that our finance-sector clients benefit from faster, smarter, and more reliable workflows while maintaining the highest levels of data integrity.

Expected Services

  • AI Agent Development: Design and deploy intelligent agents using Google ADK, Vertex and NotebookLM to interact with financial datasets.
  • Advanced Automation: Build robust workflows via Google Apps Script to automate data transformation and reporting.
  • Integration: Connect Google-based tools with external financial data sources or data warehouses.

Security & Compliance (Finance Standard)

Given the sensitive nature of financial data, the following requirements are non-negotiable:

  • Data Privacy: Implementation of "Privacy by Design" principles. Ensuring no sensitive PII (Personally Identifiable Information) is used to train models or stored insecurely.
  • Access Control: Strict management of OAuth scopes and implementation of the Principle of Least Privilege (PoLP).
  • Auditability: Ensuring all scripts and agents generate comprehensive logs for compliance tracking.
  • Regulatory Alignment: Familiarity with standards such as GDPR or SOC2 as they apply to cloud-based financial tooling.

Technical Skills

  • Expertise in Google Apps Script: Deep knowledge of automation, custom functions, and API integrations.
  • AI Tooling: Hands-on experience with NotebookLM for knowledge synthesis, Google ADK and Vertex for building agentic workflows.
  • Finance Industry Awareness: Experience handling sensitive data and understanding the accuracy requirements of financial reporting.

Expected Deliverables

  • Functional AI Agents & Automations: Fully deployed scripts and agents integrated into the client's Workspace.
  • Security Documentation: A brief security assessment for each tool, including data flow diagrams and risk mitigations.
  • Handover Report: Final transition of scripts, environment variables, and administrative controls.

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Milano, Lombardia
