As a Junior AI Engineer, you’ll help design, build, and deploy scalable, responsible AI/ML solutions—working side‑by‑side with data scientists, architects, and product teams to turn ideas into intelligent systems that make a real impact.

What You’ll Do
- Build, train, and operationalize AI/ML models from early concepts to production-grade systems.
- Develop predictive, prescriptive, and generative AI use cases that solve real business challenges.
- Contribute to agentic AI workflows—tool‑using agents, multi-step reasoning, and multi-agent orchestration.
- Work on RAG pipelines, vector retrieval, embeddings, and evaluation frameworks.
- Deploy models and LLM-powered applications via APIs, batch pipelines, or event-driven services.
- Monitor and optimize model performance, drift, latency, quality, and cost efficiency.
- Collaborate across teams, sharing clear insights and technical findings.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related discipline.
- 0–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML, data engineering, or software engineering.
- Solid knowledge of Python, ML libraries (e.g., PyTorch, TensorFlow, scikit‑learn), and experimentation workflows.
- Understanding of SQL/NoSQL databases, data modeling, and cloud fundamentals (Azure or GCP).
- Familiarity with APIs, integrations, containers, and CI/CD basics.
- Curiosity, problem‑solving mindset, and strong attention to detail.
- Clear communication skills in English.
Nice to Have
- Experience with LLMs, RAG, embeddings, vector databases, or agentic AI frameworks.
- Exposure to enterprise systems such as ERP or CRM platforms.
- Interest in responsible AI, governance, and ethical AI design.
