We’re looking for a Lead AI Engineer to join our AI incubator team focused on scouting and validating strategic internal and client-facing solutions. You’ll work on a modern, scalable stack with a strong emphasis on Agentic AI architecture, MLOps, and responsible GenAI integration.
Project Overview
You will participate in high-impact AI incubator projects, scouting and prototyping ideas on a 3–5 year horizon. Your goal is to develop technology roadmaps and advanced prototypes that deliver transformative value for global clients and internal sectors.

As a Lead, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and data-driven innovation. You will guide engineering teams through the design and deployment of scalable AI solutions while ensuring high-quality delivery and adherence to ethical AI standards.

What You’ll Do
- Design and architect complex AI systems using Agentic AI and GenAI frameworks to solve real-world business challenges.
- Lead the lifecycle of model development, from scouting and incubation to deployment using robust MLOps practices.
- Partner with stakeholders to translate strategic opportunities into technical roadmaps and scalable cloud prototypes.
- Mentor and grow the AI engineering team, fostering a culture of excellence in machine learning and data ethics.
- Champion innovation by continuously exploring and testing cutting-edge AI technologies to create new products and services.
- Ensure governance by implementing responsible AI frameworks and prioritizing data privacy in all client engagements.
Requirements
- 5+ years of professional experience in developing and implementing AI and automation solutions.
- Proven track record of deploying AI/ML models on major cloud platforms (Azure or AWS).
- Deep expertise in AI Architecture design and agentic systems.
- Advanced degree or specialized certifications in AI/ML technologies.
- Strong communication skills with experience in client-facing solution architecture and strategic consulting.
- Deep awareness of responsible AI practices and data ethics.
