As a Lead Machine Learning Systems Engineer, you will collaborate with a world class team to build and rapidly scale machine learning training systems. Our Software Engineers develop amazing code that enables optimal training of large neural networks across a massive fleet of machines.


Expertise in Python or C++, as well as machine learning systems, is a must.


Key Requirements:



  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related area. Advanced degree preferred.

  • 4+ years experience building high performance, distributed software in Python

  • Strong understanding of machine learning, statistical learning, or deep learning methods and technologies

  • Performance tuning/optimization of software and algorithms

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • A passion for distributed systems and machine learning

  • Excellent communication skills.

  • Confident team player motivated by a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment


 The base salary range for this role is between $100,000 and $250,000. The base salary range does not include any other form of compensation, such as any bonus amounts, or equity. Factors that may impact the agreed upon base salary within the range for a particular candidate include years of experience, level of education obtained, skill set, and other factors.
