Role overview

Le client recherche un profil Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer avec une forte sensibilité MLOps, conteneurisation et software engineering, pour intervenir sur plusieurs sujets IA déjà en production ou en cours d'industrialisation.

Responsibilities

  • Finaliser une application de monitoring d'agents IA.
  • Mettre en place des fonctionnalités d'évaluation offline à partir de datasets de test.
  • Comparer différentes versions de prompts, modèles ou architectures d'agents.
  • Intégrer les feedbacks utilisateurs dans les processus d'évaluation.
  • Enrichir les traces avec les prompts système, modèles utilisés et consommation de tokens.
  • Conteneuriser l'application et assurer son déploiement.
  • Réaliser les tests de fonctionnement dans un environnement partagé.
  • Développer et entraîner des modèles de détection de :
  • Prompt Injection
  • Jailbreak
  • Les intégrer aux applications métiers et à l'outil de monitoring.
  • Implémenter et tester des templates ESG.
  • Développer de nouvelles fonctionnalités pour la Direction des Investissements.
  • Ajouter une fonctionnalité de recherche web au sein de l'application IA.
  • Finaliser une pipeline de segmentation dans Dataiku.
  • Construire les fondations d'un moteur de recommandation avec les équipes BI.
  • Apporter un support technique sur différents POC et projets IA internes.
  • Conseiller les métiers sur l'évaluation ou l'intégration de solutions IA externes.

Basic qualifications

  • Machine Learning Engineer / AI Engineer confirmé
  • Solides compétences en :
  • Python
  • LLM / IA Générative
  • Évaluation de modèles et prompts
  • Dataiku
  • MLOps
  • Docker / Kubernetes / Conteneurisation
  • Déploiement et industrialisation de solutions IA
  • Bonne compréhension des problématiques de sécurité des LLM (prompt injection, jailbreak).
  • Expérience de développement logiciel (backend idéalement).
  • Capacité à intervenir aussi bien sur des sujets techniques que sur l'accompagnement métier.
