We are looking for a skilled Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist with strong expertise in Computer Vision, NLP, and Data Science, who has hands-on experience delivering production-ready ML/DL solutions and working on real-world business problems end to end.

Key Responsibilities
Design, develop, and deploy end-to-end ML/DL solutions, from data collection to model training, optimization, and production deployment
Build and optimize Computer Vision models for object detection and video analytics with real-time inference
Develop, research, and implement NLP solutions for text processing, classification, and information extraction
Create and maintain scalable machine learning and deep learning pipelines
Deploy models to different environments
Optimize and fine-tune models
Perform data analysis and visualization to deliver actionable business insights
Collaborate with product, engineering, and business stakeholders
Required Skills & Qualifications
3+ years of commercial experience in Data Science / Machine Learning
Hands-on experience in Computer Vision and NLP
Strong proficiency in Python; working knowledge of R and SQL
Solid understanding of Machine Learning and Deep Learning
Hands-on experience with PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Keras
Experience with OpenCV, YOLO / Ultralytics, or similar CV frameworks
Practical experience with NLP libraries
Experience deploying models to production environments
Familiarity with Docker, AWS, and version control systems (Git)
Ability to work independently and as part of a cross-functional team
Upper-Intermediate level of English or higher
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with edge AI deployments
Knowledge of LLMs and frameworks such as LangChain
Experience with MLOps tools (MLflow, CI/CD for ML)
Background in Applied Mathematics or Statistics
