Role overview

Tu rejoins une équipe pluridisciplinaire. En tant que ML Engineer, tu interviens sur l'ensemble du cycle de vie des features ML ? de l'idée à la mise en production ? en collaboration étroite avec les équipes back-end, front-end et produit.

Responsibilities

  • personnalisation des résultats de recherche (nouveaux signaux, nouvelles architectures de modèles, A/B tests)
  • refonte du système d'auto-complétion
  • amélioration des pipelines ML (automatisation, monitoring, observabilité)
  • exploration proactive de nouvelles approches ML pour résoudre des problèmes utilisateurs concrets

Basic qualifications

  • au moins 3 ans d'expérience sur un poste de Machine Learning Engineer ou équivalent
  • maîtrise de Python et un ou plusieurs frameworks ML/DL (PyTorch, TensorFlow?)
  • expérience dans le déploiement de modèles en production
  • application des bonnes pratiques d'ingénierie : tests, CI/CD, revues de code

Preferred qualifications

  • pratique de projets ML sous fortes contraintes de latence et à l'échelle
  • familiarité avec des outils comme MLflow, Kubeflow, Airflow, KServe ou Kubernetes
