As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will have the exciting opportunity to work with a team of technology experts on challenging projects, specifically focusing on building AI-driven solutions for merchant segmentation, churn prediction, and comprehensive business evaluation using advanced web scraping and forecasting models.

We’re open to candidates who are ready to take ownership of complex models and drive them from concept to production.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop, implement, and validate Machine Learning solutions, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Design AI solution architectures that meet complex business goals and drive innovation.
  • Research, test, and select the best tools and technologies as well as AI solutions to meet business requirements.
  • Understand clients' and internal stakeholders' needs and translate business problems into data science problems.
  • Oversee the implementation of data pipelines and workflows using Airflow and dbt within Snowflake/BigQuery.
  • Coordinate with Data Engineering and Software Engineering teams to strategize and oversee the building of AI applications.
  • Present findings and recommendations clearly and concisely to stakeholders.
  • Prioritize and control tasks within an Agile/Scrum framework, ensuring timely delivery.

What are we looking for:

  • Proven commercial experience designing and implementing scalable AI solutions (Machine Learning, Predictive Modeling, Optimization, NLP, LLM usage).
  • Proficiency in developing ML algorithms from scratch to production deployment.
  • Strong programming skills in Python: writing clean code, OOP design, extensive knowledge of ML libraries (Scikit-Learn, PyTorch / Tensorflow).
  • Proven expertise in deploying solutions in cloud environments (AWS - Fargate, EC2).
  • Knowledge in applying LLMs (semantic search, prompt engineering, multimodal embeddings, RAG).
  • Working experience in SQL and databases (Snowflake, BigQuery).
  • Good knowledge of CI/CD principles (GitLab, GitHub).
  • Familiarity with MLOps practices (MLflow) and containerization (Docker).
  • Bachelor’s or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related field.
  • Experience with Terraform is a nice to have.
  • High proficiency in English (C1 level).
  • Excellent communication skills and consulting experience with direct interaction with stakeholders.
