We are looking for a Machine Learning (ML) Engineer to join our Engineering team.

A Machine Learning (ML) Engineer designs, builds, and productionizes artificial intelligence systems by combining data science with software engineering. The role focuses on creating scalable pipelines, training models, and implementing MLOps to deploy AI solutions.

Job responsibilities

  • Design, train, and evaluate machine learning models and algorithms that address real business challenges.
  • Deploy models into scalable, high-performance production environments with a strong focus on reliability and efficiency.
  • Build and maintain data pipelines, ensuring large datasets are properly prepared and optimized for modeling and training.
  • Continuously monitor model performance in production, improving accuracy and retraining when necessary as part of MLOps best practices.
  • Partner closely with Data Scientists, Data Engineers, and Product Managers to turn ideas into impactful AI solutions.

Job requirements

  • Strong proficiency in Python and SQL, with hands-on experience in data manipulation and model development.
  • Solid experience working with libraries such as NumPy, Pandas, and modern ML libraries.
  • Experience operating in cloud environments such as Google Cloud, AWS, or Azure, along with familiarity with Docker, CI/CD workflows, and Kubernetes.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related STEM field.
  • At least two years of experience in software engineering or data science roles.
  • Strong foundations in software development, data structures, and algorithms.

Preferred (Nice-to-have):

  • Hands-on experience implementing end-to-end MLOps workflows.
  • Experience building scalable, production-grade ML systems.
