The leading provider of vehicle lifecycle solutions, with headquarters in Chicago, enables the companies that build, insure, and replace vehicles to power the next generation of transportation. What You'll Do
- Design, develop, and deploy AI-driven applications and agentic systems using LLMs, transformers, and reinforcement learning
- Build intelligent automation pipelines for tasks such as incident triage, anomaly detection, and operational decision support
- Collaborate with SRE, DevOps, and product teams to integrate AI capabilities into existing infrastructure and workflows
- Develop and fine-tune models for natural language understanding, system behavior prediction, and autonomous task execution
- Implement scalable APIs and microservices for AI model serving and orchestration.
- Apply prompt engineering and retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) techniques to improve model performance and contextual accuracy
- Contribute to architectural decisions, model evaluation strategies, and continuous learning systems
- Align with team schedules (daily meetings and reviews between 3–7 PM CET)
What You Bring
- Experience in AI/ML development, software engineering, or related roles
- Proficiency in Python and frameworks such as PyTorch, TensorFlow, or Hugging Face Transformers
- Experience with LLMs (e.g., OpenAI, Anthropic, Mistral) and agentic frameworks (e.g., LangChain, AutoGPT, CrewAI)
- Understanding of machine learning, deep learning, and reinforcement learning principles
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, GCP) and containerization tools (Docker, Kubernetes)
- Experience with MLOps tools and practices for model deployment
- Knowledge of observability and telemetry systems for AI performance tracking
- Excellent problem-solving skills, communication, and a collaborative mindset
