Responsibilities
- Research and develop novel ML models for content moderation across modalities (text, image, audio, video).
- Prototype and productionize detection pipelines with moderation engineers.
- Build scalable, reliable systems to flag and filter harmful or abusive content in real time.
- Detect and track harmful trends early, with a focus on reducing risk and protecting vulnerable users.
- Stay on top of the latest ML advancements and apply them pragmatically to trust & safety challenges.
Requirements
- Strong background in Machine Learning / Deep Learning across text, image, audio, and video.
- Experience with modern frameworks (PyTorch, TensorFlow, JAX, etc.).
- Hands-on experience with transformers, embeddings, and multimodal models.
- Solid knowledge of evaluation metrics for classification/detection tasks (precision/recall, ROC-AUC, F1, etc.).
- Strong programming skills (Python, ML libraries, cloud compute, GPUs).
- Bonus: experience in trust & safety, adversarial ML, or large-scale moderation systems.
