Our client operates in the insurance domain and focuses on delivering modern, data-driven and AI-enabled insurance solutions by integrating advanced data platforms into enterprise insurance operations.

You will work on an active development project focused on building a unified insurance operations platform. You will be responsible for designing and implementing scalable data and AI solutions, collaborating closely with business, operations, IT, and leadership stakeholders. The role involves translating complex business challenges into structured data models and operational applications, supporting production deployments, ensuring performance and scalability, and actively contributing to customer-facing solution delivery, including on-site collaboration when required.

Must-have:

  • Minimum 2–3+ years of hands-on experience with Palantir Foundry, including proven production deployments and customer-facing implementation projects.

  • Strong proficiency in Python, PySpark, and SQL for developing, maintaining, and optimizing data pipelines and analytical workloads.

  • Demonstrated experience in building and operating distributed data pipelines using Spark, including large-scale ETL/ELT processes and enterprise-grade data modelling.

  • Practical experience integrating enterprise systems and external data sources using REST APIs, JDBC connections, SFTP, and cloud-based data platforms.

  • Experience with or strong understanding of AI-enabled applications, including LLM-based workflows, retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) systems, and AI evaluations.

  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to communicate complex technical concepts clearly to both technical and non-technical users.

  • Ability to operate effectively in ambiguous environments with high ownership, accountability, and responsibility for outcomes.

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics, Physics, or a related technical field.

Nice-to-have:

  • Experience with Java or Scala in data engineering or backend development contexts.

  • Palantir Certified Data Engineer or Palantir Application Developer certification.

  • Experience with industry-standard insurance software and insurance-related data domains.

  • Upper-Intermediate English language proficiency is required.
