Product Management - Senior Product Manager (AI) - Risk

Responsibilities

• check_circle Create explainable workflows for multi-agent systems
• check_circle Design and operate evaluation systems for millions of conversations
• check_circle Fine-tuning of language models and its deployment workflows
• check_circle Architect low-latency pipelines for text/voice interactions
• check_circle Ensure safety, auditability, and compliance by design
• check_circle Partner with stakeholders including PM, Engineering, Design, Data Scientists, Ops, and Analysts to ship features across business lines
• check_circle Create standards for prompt design, prompt improvement, agent traits, and safety checks
• check_circle Build APIs, SDKs, and runtimes for agent execution
• check_circle Mentor juniors and contribute to platform-wide thought leadership
• check_circle Experience with multi-agent frameworks (AutoGen, LangGraph, Haystack, ReAct, Supervisor-Executor patterns)
• check_circle Background in LLM ops including training, data pipelines, GPU scheduling
• check_circle Experience with Voice & telephony integrations
• check_circle Knowledge of safety model design or compliance frameworks
• check_circle Experience building internal developer platforms or SDKs
