Role Description

This is a full-time remote role for a Prompt Engineer at Advize. The Prompt Engineer will design, implement, and optimize prompt strategies for various AI-enabled systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing and testing high-quality prompts, conducting research to improve natural language understanding, collaborating across teams to align solutions with project goals, and documenting prompt methodologies. The candidate will play a key role in enhancing the performance and accuracy of AI-driven solutions while supporting innovative advancements in automation and data analysis.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in natural language processing (NLP), machine learning principles, and AI-related technologies
  • Demonstrated ability to design, test, and optimize creative and effective prompt strategies tailored for specific applications
  • Strong analytical and research skills to interpret complex data sets and improve NLP-based systems
  • Proficient in programming languages such as Python, and familiarity with machine learning libraries/tools
  • Experience in collaboration across technical and non-technical teams, with excellent communication and documentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, AI, or a related field
  • Experience in healthcare analytics, auditing, and compliance workflows is a plus
  • Curiosity-driven mindset and ability to learn and adapt to new technologies
