What you’ll be doing

We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We work with top AI labs to improve the quality and reliability of large AI systems.

Your role will be high-impact and hands-on. You will:

  • Review and refine AI-generated responses and prompts.
  • Evaluate the clarity, accuracy, and real-world applicability of AI outputs.
  • Draft, test, and iterate high-quality prompts for a range of scenarios and use cases.
  • Identify gaps, ambiguities, or misinterpretations in AI reasoning or language.
  • Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives and use cases.
  • Provide actionable feedback to improve AI performance and prompt reliability.

In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content and prompts to ensure they meet real-world standards, accuracy, and relevance. Your input will directly support the advancement of AI quality at scale.

Who this is for

You are:
