What you’ll be doing
We are 10x.team, a platform for fractional and freelance professionals. We work with top AI labs to improve the quality and reliability of large AI systems.
Your role will be high-impact and hands-on. You will:
- Review and refine AI-generated responses and prompts.
- Evaluate the clarity, accuracy, and real-world applicability of AI outputs.
- Draft, test, and iterate high-quality prompts for a range of scenarios and use cases.
- Identify gaps, ambiguities, or misinterpretations in AI reasoning or language.
- Create variations of scenarios from multiple perspectives and use cases.
- Provide actionable feedback to improve AI performance and prompt reliability.
In simple terms: You will assess and improve AI-generated content and prompts to ensure they meet real-world standards, accuracy, and relevance. Your input will directly support the advancement of AI quality at scale.
Who this is for
You are:
- An experienced prompt engineer, copy content creator, or specialist in language-model interactions
- Based in the EU or UK
- Well-versed in language models, prompt design, or AI tools
- Able to critique and improve AI-generated text, prompts, and content
- Comfortable identifying unclear, biased, or ineffective outputs
- Available 8 to 20 hours per week
- Able to start within a few weeks
