Role overview
We are seeking a Prompt Engineer with 1-3 years of hands-on experience working with AI tools and large language models. This role goes beyond writing prompts and focuses on understanding the strengths and weaknesses of different models, building prompt systems and workflows, benchmarking performance, and optimizing for both quality and cost.
The ideal candidate can move from concept to implementation, creating repeatable processes and evaluation frameworks that support real-world business use cases.
Responsibilities

- check_circle Evaluate and compare AI models based on performance, cost, latency, and context limitations
- check_circle Build structured prompt workflows, loops, and iteration strategies
- check_circle Develop benchmarking and evaluation methods to measure output quality and consistency
- check_circle Experiment with context windows, system instructions, and prompt structure to improve results
- check_circle Recommend appropriate models for specific tasks to balance accuracy and cost efficiency
- check_circle Document prompt strategies, findings, and best practices
- check_circle Stay current on developments in the rapidly evolving AI ecosystem
- check_circle Hands-on experience working with large language models and AI tools
- check_circle Strong understanding of prompt design, context management, and model behavior
- check_circle Ability to analyze outputs and make data-driven improvements
- check_circle Experience translating ideas into structured, repeatable processes
- check_circle Strong communication and documentation skills
Preferred qualifications
- Familiarity with programming concepts or scripting (e.g., Python, JavaScript, APIs)
- Experience working with multiple AI models or providers
- Experience integrating AI into workflows, automations, or internal tools
- Experience developing testing or benchmarking frameworks
