Overall Summary: We are seeking a skilled and experienced RPA Developer with expertise in Blue Prism and a strong understanding of Artificial Intelligence (AI). The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in developing automation solutions that leverage AI technologies.
Overall Responsibilities:

Design, build, and test applications using Blue Prism alongside one additional programming language.
Manage process scheduling and monitor automated processes via the Blue Prism control room.
Utilize excellent debugging skills to troubleshoot and resolve issues efficiently.
Implement and manage data gateways to facilitate seamless data flow.
Provide guidance and support to junior team members, fostering a collaborative environment.
Ensure adherence to best practices in error handling and reusability concepts.
Work with monitoring tools like Sumo and Apps to ensure optimal performance of automation processes.
Provide support and maintenance for applications, including production support and on-call activities.

Software Requirements:

6 to 8 years of strong technical expertise in Blue Prism and one programming language (e.g., Python, R, or Scala).
Certified in Blue Prism.
Experience in a commercial data science, machine learning, or AI-related field, with a focus on legacy technology modernization.
Proven track record in code and metadata discovery projects.
Proficient in SOAP and REST APIs.
Good knowledge of database management (SQL Server) and ability to write complex database queries.
Familiarity with DevOps and Agile ecosystems.

Must Have:

Strong understanding of PowerShell capabilities.
Basic programming skills and a good understanding of advanced Blue Prism functions.
Strong analytical and critical thinking skills.

Good to Have:

Experience with additional AI/ML frameworks.
Familiarity with monitoring tools like Sumo and Apps.
Experience in an Agile ecosystem and DevOps practices.

Experience:
6 to 8 years of relevant experience in RPA development, specifically with Blue Prism and AI technologies.
Day-to-Day Activities:

Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to gather requirements for automation projects.
Develop and implement automation solutions that integrate AI functionalities.
Monitor and optimize the performance of existing automation processes.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to junior team members.
Participate in daily stand-ups and sprint planning sessions within an Agile environment.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
Relevant certifications in RPA and AI/ML technologies are a plus.

Ability to work collaboratively within a team and across different functional areas.
Proactive attitude, with a focus on continuous improvement and learning.
Flexibility to work in the AEST time zone in a rotational shift.
