Role overview
We’re looking for a Senior AI Engineer/ AI Lead who thrives on building powerful AI systems from the groundup. In this role, you will architect and develop our AI-driven platform from integrating largelanguage models to designing intelligent agents that execute complex tasks. You’ll take the leadon bringing research prototypes to life in production code. This is a high-impact role forsomeone who enjoys wearing many hats: innovating with new Generative AI techniques,crafting robust software, and shaping product strategy in a startup environment that moves atwarp speed.
Responsibilities
- check_circle Design and implement core AI modules that power our product including but not limited to LLM-powered agents, natural language processing pipelines, and decision-making systems.
- check_circle Develop and experiment with agentic AI frameworks to discover, analyze and automate business processes identified by our research team.
- check_circle Work with large-scale Generative AI models and fine-tune them for our domain-specific applications.
- check_circle Ensure the reliability, scalability, and efficiency of AI services in production (optimize model performance, integrate with cloud infrastructure).
- check_circle Collaborate with researchers and product managers to translate cutting-edge AI ideas into tangible features that delight users.
Basic qualifications
- PhD or Master’s in Computer Science, AI, or related field, with a focus on Artificial Intelligence or Machine Learning. A track record of publications in Generative AI(conference papers or journals) is a big plus.
- Strong software engineering skills and 5+ years (or equivalent experience) buildingAI/ML-driven applications. You write clean, efficient code and can architect complexsystems.
- Experience with agent-based AI frameworks and tools for LLMs using systems likeAutoGen, LangChain, ReAct, OpenAI function calling, MCP or other frameworksenabling AI agents to use tools and APIs.
- Deep understanding of modern ML techniques: from transformer models and promptengineering to reinforcement learning or planning algorithms for AI agents.Proficiency in Python plus experience with ML libraries (PyTorch/TensorFlow) and cloudplatforms.
- Creative problem-solver with a startup mindset. Adapt quickly, innovate on the fly, andare excited to work on a small team tackling big challenges.
