Who we are looking for
About the role**
We’re looking for a Mid–Senior AI Engineer to join our team, the engine behind Deloitte’s journey to becoming a truly data-driven organization.
In this role, you’ll design, build, and bring to production enterprise-grade AI solutions, working on real business problems across Deloitte’s internal operations.
️ What we’re looking for
- Solid experience as an AI / ML Engineer (mid or senior level)
- Strong software engineering background (Python, APIs, cloud-based systems)
- Hands-on experience with ML, GenAI, LLMs, or agent-based systems
- Good understanding of data engineering & MLOps concepts
- Experience building scalable, maintainable, production-ready solutions
- Curiosity, ownership mindset, and a love for solving real problems ?✨
Your future role
- Designing and developing scalable AI & GenAI solutions used across Deloitte
- Building multi-agent systems and AI-powered products end-to-end
- + ️ Applying strong software engineering principles to AI systems
- Working with data pipelines, models, and MLOps practices to ensure reliability and performance
- Bringing AI solutions from concept to production
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams (tech, data, business)
