Overview:
Coforge is seeking a highly skilled Senior AI Engineer to design, build, and deploy our next generation of intelligent systems. In this highly technical, hands-on role, you will focus on the end-to-end development of enterprise-grade AI agents and sophisticated multi-agent RAG pipelines. You will leverage the Azure ecosystem and cutting-edge machine learning frameworks to build scalable, high-performing AI microservices that solve complex financial challenges and drive internal automation.
Key Responsibilities:
AI & Agent Development
Build, configure, and deploy enterprise-grade AI agents utilizing Azure AI Foundry SDKs and declarative Copilot Studio Agents.
Develop robust multi-agentic RAG systems leveraging advanced frameworks, including LangChain, LangGraph, CrewAI, and Semantic Kernel.
Implement intelligent Smart Search systems for fast retrieval over unstructured data (such as PDFs, images, and scanned documents) using RAG and multimodal LLMs.
Engineer specialized automated agents, such as Data Analyst Agents for insight generation across structured datasets.
Backend Engineering & Orchestration
Build, and deploy robust MCP-compatible FastAPI microservices.
Integrate Agent-to-Agent (A2A) protocols and SSE-based streaming logs to ensure modular, scalable orchestration between system components.
Create and maintain custom developer tools, including Visual Studio Code extensions, for automated code generation, QA validation, and workflow acceleration.
Set up and optimize Azure ML project integrations, CI/CD pipelines, and cloud deployments to enable real-time applications.
Requirements:
Engineering Experience: Extensive hands-on background in Generative AI, LLMs, Machine Learning, and Deep Learning neural networks.
Languages & Tooling: Advanced programming proficiency in Python, alongside experience with tools like VSCode, JupyterLab, Kubernetes, and Spark.
Cloud Platforms: Deep, practical knowledge of deploying AI workloads on the Azure stack, specifically utilizing Azure AI Foundry, Azure ML Studio, and Azure Databricks.
Models: Proven experience developing solutions powered by top-tier models like GPT-4.0/4.1, Claude, and Phi-4.
Methodology: Strong grasp of Agile methodologies, test-driven development, and the full software development life cycle (SDLC)
