Role Overview:
- Designing, developing, and delivering advanced solutions powered by Generative AI, with a strong emphasis on Large Language Models (LLMs).
- Building and maintaining scalable and reliable AI systems, including data pipelines, APIs, and integrations with external tools and platforms.
- Collaborating closely with engineering, product, and operations teams to create meaningful, AI-driven solutions.
- Leveraging AI technologies to drive innovation and enhance existing systems.
- Continuously improving development processes to strengthen scalability, security, and overall performance.
- Staying current with emerging AI trends and technologies and sharing insights to encourage innovation and technical excellence within the team.
Requirements:
- Strong software engineering expertise, particularly in Python, and proven experience designing and building scalable backend API solutions.
- A solid track record in developing and deploying AI and Generative AI solutions, with hands-on experience using industry-standard frameworks and libraries.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or GCP.
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and a collaborative mindset.
- Clear communication skills, with the ability to translate complex technical ideas for both technical and non-technical audiences.
