Job Description:
GliaCell is seeking a Senior AI/ML Engineer on one of our subcontracts. This is a full-time position offering the opportunity to support a U.S. Government customer. The mission is to provide technical expertise that assists in sustaining critical mission-related software and systems to a large government contract.
Key Requirements:
To be considered for this position you must have the following:
- Possess an active or rein-statable TS/SCI with Polygraph security clearance. (This position requires in-scope poly, within 7 years).
- U.S. Citizenship.
- 5+ years of experience and a Master's or Ph.D. degree in math, artificial intelligence, data science, computer science, or deep learning from an accredited college or university; or 5 additional years of machine learning experience with a relevant Bachelor's degree may be substituted for a Master's degree.
- Experience with standard machine language frameworks, e.g. Pytorch, TensorFlow.
- Work well independently as well as on a team.
- Strong communication skills.
Key Skills:

- Experience in working with various ML libraries and packages
- Run standard test and evaluation protocols
- Provide system integration oversight

- Research and implement a broad range of AI and ML algorithms and tools
- Design or Select appropriate data and knowledge representation methods
- Recognize software architecture, data modelling, and data structures
- Transform and convert data science prototypes into scalable solutions
- Verify data and model output quality
- Identify differences in data distribution that affect model performance

Salary Range: The salary range for this full-time position is $175,000 to $225,000. Our salary ranges are determined by position, level, skills, professional experience, relevant education and certifications. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across our projects. Within the range, your salary is determined by your individual benefits package selection.
