This role is designed for a cleared technology leader who can manage complex classified programs, guide AI/ML-enabled capability development from concept through production, and serve as a trusted senior interface to federal mission owners, prime contractors, and cross-functional delivery teams. The ideal candidate will bring deep experience in IC program execution, responsible AI governance, Agile delivery, RMF/ATO compliance, vendor management, capture support, and executive communications. The role sits at the intersection of program management, enterprise technology delivery, and mission-focused AI adoption.

Responsibilities:

  • Integration of AI/ML, cloud, enterprise application, and data-driven capabilities into secure IC mission workflows
  • Governance and compliance oversight for responsible AI, information assurance, RMF, ATO/IATT, and classified deployment constraints
  • Operational coordination across subcontractors, SETA partners, vendors, product owners, engineering leads, and federal stakeholders
  • Preparation of project plans, staffing plans, weekly/monthly status reports, milestone baselines, ROMs, LOEs, executive briefings, and performance dashboards
  • Risk, issue, dependency, and opportunity management across multiple customer-facing workstreams.
  • Support to capture, proposal development, solution shaping, staffing strategy, and customer growth

Qualifications:

  • Active TS/SCI clearance
  • 15+ years of progressive technology delivery, software development, architecture, or program management experience supporting federal, defense, or intelligence customers
  • 8+ years leading Agile software, application development, AI/ML, cloud, or enterprise technology teams in classified or highly regulated environments
  • Demonstrated ability to manage cross-functional teams including engineers, architects, analysts, ISSOs, QA, system administrators, DBAs, and vendor/subcontractor partners
  • Experience translating complex technical concepts into executive-ready communications, decision briefs, business cases, ROMs, LOEs, and customer-facing dashboards
  • Hands-on familiarity with Agile/Scrum delivery, Jira, sprint planning, backlog management, project reporting, and performance metrics
  • Experience with RMF, Xacta, ATO/IATT, information assurance, and secure technology deployment practices
  • PMP certification or equivalent senior program leadership experience
  • Ability to operate as a senior customer-facing leader in a fast-paced, classified mission environment

Desired:

  • CI Polygraph strongly preferred for IC customer access
  • Prior leadership experience supporting NGA, DIA, NRO, Project Maven, geospatial intelligence, HUMINT, computer vision, or related IC mission domains
  • Experience establishing AI governance, responsible AI controls, AI ethics frameworks, model lifecycle oversight, or ML Ops practices
  • Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure in classified, secure, or multi-fabric environments.
  • Experience supporting business development, capture, proposal development, technical volumes, staffing solutions, and partner strategy
  • Certified Scrum Master, AI/ML, cloud, or responsible AI certifications such as AWS AI Practitioner, PMI CPMAI, or equivalent
  • Prior hands-on background in application development, .NET/C#, SQL Server, Oracle, enterprise architecture, or full SDLC documentation
