We’re looking for a Senior Data Scientist to build and productionize analytics that improve healthcare affordability and outcomes. You’ll own the full lifecycle from data ingestion and feature engineering to modeling, validation, and deployment working with privacy-sensitive healthcare data in cloud environments.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and deploy ML models on real world healthcare data
- Build robust analytics pipelines (DBT + orchestration)
- Partner cross functionally to translate data into impact
- Apply privacy, security, and governance best practices (HIPAA/GDPR)
- Support end-to-end ML lifecycle and MLOps in production
What You Bring
- 5+ years in Data Science / ML, with hands-on healthcare data experience
- Strong Python and ML stack (scikit-learn, PyTorch/TensorFlow, etc.)
- DBT expertise and workflow orchestration (Airflow, Dagster, ADF, etc.)
- Cloud experience (Azure preferred, AWS/GCP welcome)
- Solid MLOps/DataOps understanding
- Strong communication and data storytelling skills
Nice to Have
- Embeddings, retrieval, and evaluation workflows
- Responsible LLM use in healthcare (RAG, summarization)
- Graph analytics (e.g., Neo4j)
- MLflow, Azure ML, or similar monitoring tools
