Für ein Projekt im Daten- und KI-Umfeld suchen wir einen Senior Data Scientist (m/w/d) mit Erfahrung in der Entwicklung von LLM-basierten Anwendungen und agentischen Analysesystemen.

Aufgaben

  • Entwicklung und Implementierung von agentischen Analysesystemen auf Basis strukturierter Daten (SQL-Datenbanken)
  • Umsetzung von Lösungen mit Python sowie Frameworks wie LangChain / LangGraph
  • Analyse, Strukturierung und Optimierung bestehender Datenlandschaften für Agentensysteme
  • Sicherstellung der Ergebnisqualität mittels Evaluationsmethoden für LLM-Systeme
  • Aufbau von Containern sowie Deployment in einer Containerplattform
  • Dokumentation der entwickelten Systeme und Komponenten

Anforderungen

Muss-Anforderungen

  • Mehrjährige Projekterfahrung in der Entwicklung von KI-Agentensystemen mit LangChain / LangGraph
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung produktionsreifer Software mit Python
  • Erfahrung mit Git, CI/CD und automatisierten Tests
  • Mindestens 6 Jahre Erfahrung in Datenanalyse mit SQL oder vergleichbaren Technologien
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse (mindestens B2)

Kann-Anforderungen

  • Erfahrung mit Lösungen zum Chatten mit SQL-Daten
  • Erfahrung in der Evaluation von Agentensystemen (z. B. LLM-as-a-Judge)
  • Erfahrung mit Retrieval-Systemen für RAG-Anwendungen und Vektordatenbanken (z. B. OpenSearch)
  • Erfahrung mit Dokumentenverarbeitung (z. B. Azure AI Document Intelligence)
  • Erfahrung mit Docker und VSCode
