We help A&Rs and music professionals discover artists that truly fit their creative vision — using personalized AI agents that scout the global music landscape 24/7. The product is live, the beta is working, and we already have paying customers and EXIST AI Transfer funding.

Role

Now, we’re hiring a Senior Full-Stack Engineer (m/w/d) to join AIDAR as our core technical hire.

You’ll take ownership across the entire stack — from backend infrastructure and data pipelines to AI-driven features and frontend implementation. You’ll work on core systems like APIs, data collection and preparation, and ship features end to end, from logic to UI.

This is a foundational role, working side by side with the founders. The role is designed to grow with the company, with increasing technical ownership over time. As AIDAR scales, it can evolve into a CTO-level position, owning technical strategy, architecture, and team development.

Requirement

  • Strong experience as a full-stack engineer
  • Solid Python skills (backend, APIs, data-heavy systems)
  • Experience with Flutter or modern frontend development
  • Comfort taking ownership across the full product lifecycle
  • Interest in AI/ML, backend systems, and data pipelines (hands-on experience is a plus, not a must)
  • A reliable, self-driven mindset and enjoyment of working in an early-stage startup

Bonus: music industry insight, startup experience, Hamburg-based

  • €59,000 salary Employee shares (* 1% vested equity, with upside if you grow into CTO)
