Responsibilities

  • Build GenAI and agentic solutions for the Ask Advisor platform to deliver pathbreaking multimodal support experience.
  • Leverage rich Ads data signals, multimodal streaming, and advanced Large Language Model (LLM) orchestration to power autonomous AI capabilities.
  • Collaborate within fast-moving cross-functional teams to translate complex product requirements into scalable implementations.
  • Work in close partnership with Google DeepMind (GDM) and Global Business Organization (GBO) teams to drive technical innovation.
  • Scale high-impact projects that delivers data-driven AI solutions directly to advertisers and the Google Ads Sales organization.

Basic qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.
  • 5 years of experience with software development in Java.
  • 3 years of experience testing, maintaining, or launching software products, and 1 year of experience with software design and architecture.
  • 3 years of experience with ML infrastructure (e.g., model deployment, model evaluation, optimization, data processing, debugging).
  • 1 year of experience with GenAI techniques (e.g., LLMs, Multi-Modal, Large Vision Models) or with GenAI-related concepts (e.g., language modeling, computer vision).

Preferred qualifications

  • Master's degree or PhD in Computer Science or related technical field.
  • 5 years of experience with data structures/algorithms.
  • 3 years of experience working in a complex, matrixed organization involving cross-functional, or cross-business projects.
  • 1 year of experience in a technical leadership role.
  • Experience developing accessible technologies.

Ask Advisor leverages agentic AI to deliver a pathbreaking, multimodal support experience for advertisers navigating complex journeys across multiple Google and external websites. By translating the promise of Agentic AI and UI control into a real, advertiser-usable offering, Ask Advisor fundamentally rethinks advertiser engagement, enabling the AI to diagnose issues, plan resolutions, act autonomously on behalf of advertisers, and escalate seamlessly to human representatives across Marketing, Sales, and Support.

Featured prominently during keynote presentations at Google Marketing Live (GML) 2025 and GML 2026, Ask Advisor is a high-visibility, high impact project that unlocks a new paradigm for marketing/sales/support experiences of the future. We work in close collaboration with Google DeepMind (GDM) and Global Business Organization (GBO).

We also enable Google to engage with customers at scale.

The US base salary range for this full-time position is $174,000-$252,000 + bonus + equity + benefits. Our salary ranges are determined by role, level, and location. Within the range, individual pay is determined by work location and additional factors, including job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
